Ajay Patel has been appointed as Assistant General Manager – Quality Assurance at Ortiv-Q3 Research Pvt. Ltd., a SOTAX Joint Venture. In this new role, he will ensure compliance, oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), approve batch releases, manage audits, lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), uphold data integrity, and promote a strong culture of quality throughout the organisation.
With over 12 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Ajay has built a strong reputation for his expertise in Quality Assurance, regulatory compliance, and process validation. He has been associated with Ortiv-Q3 Research for more than four years, most recently serving as Senior Manager – Quality Assurance. His prior career includes significant roles at Intas Pharmaceuticals, Dorizoe Lifesciences Limited, Claris Otsuka Private Limited, and Knm Pharma.
Ajay holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy with a specialisation in Quality Assurance from A.R. College of Pharmacy. His skill set spans GxP, GMP, root cause analysis, auditing, computer system validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Throughout his career, he has contributed to regulatory audit readiness, quality system strengthening, and implementation of industry best practices.
