Tina Mansukhani Garg has been named the President of Havas Creative Network India, effective July 2025. Based in Bengaluru, she will lead the agency’s strategic growth in South India and manage its 70+ member team. Tina’s appointment signals Havas Creative’s ambition to expand its creative and strategic footprint in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.

Tina brings with her nearly three decades of rich industry experience, having worked with over 1,000 Indian and global brands across verticals. She is best known as the Founder and CEO of Pink Lemonade Communications, where she built a full-service marketing and branding agency from the ground up. Under her leadership, Pink Lemonade delivered impactful brand and digital strategies for marquee names like Swiggy, GE Healthcare, Hyundai, Dell, PwC, and Mercedes-Benz.

Prior to founding Pink Lemonade, Tina held key roles at organisations such as EY, Murray Culshaw Consulting, and vMoksha Technologies, where she was instrumental in redefining brand communications and internal engagement strategies. Her early work in brand storytelling and content strategy laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong commitment to marketing innovation.

An alumna of the Indian School of Business, Tina has completed both the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program and the Global Ambassador’s Program, equipping her with a global perspective on brand-building, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She is also a recognised TEDx speaker and a strong advocate for integrating generative AI into modern marketing strategies.

As President of Havas Creative Network India, Tina will work closely with Rana Barua (Group CEO, Havas India), Kundan Joshee (Managing Director), and Anupama Ramaswamy (Joint MD & Chief Creative Officer) to drive innovation and sharpen the agency’s creative edge. Her appointment marks a bold step forward in Havas’ commitment to delivering integrated, human-centric marketing in the digital age.
