As Assistant Manager – HR, she managed end-to-end HR operations, from talent management and employee engagement to grievance redressal and performance management systems. She also successfully led regional HR operations for western India and worked on initiatives like the Buddy Program and campus hiring.
Her earlier stints at Kelly Services India Pvt Ltd and Manpower helped her lay a strong foundation in recruitment and client relationship management.
