Shailesh Pathak has taken on a new leadership role as Warehouse Manager (HOD) at Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd., a key player in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Based at the company’s Dahej facility, Shailesh is now spearheading warehouse operations, bringing with him more than a decade of specialized experience in pharmaceutical supply chain and inventory management.
Before joining Raks Pharma in December 2023, Shailesh held a similar leadership role at Immacule Lifesciences, where he spent over three and a half years managing comprehensive warehouse functions. His tenure there was marked by improved inventory control systems, enhanced team efficiency, and rigorous compliance with pharmaceutical warehousing standards.
Shailesh’s extensive career also includes a significant stint at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, where he served for nearly eight years in progressively senior roles. From supervising daily logistics to overseeing multi-location inventory flow, his contributions played a key role in optimizing warehouse efficiency. His early experience at industry leaders like Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. and Ipca Laboratories Limited further solidified his expertise in warehouse control, team management, and regulatory adherence.
In his new capacity at Raks Pharma, Shailesh is expected to drive warehouse excellence through systemized operations, technology integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
