Sunil Kute has been appointed as Head of Projects at US Pharma I Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering solutions, and global project management. In his new role, Sunil will lead the development and execution of the company’s ambitious greenfield expansion project—a 25-acre, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility that underscores US Pharma’s continued growth and innovation in the global healthcare landscape.
With a career spanning leading pharma and engineering firms including Dr. Reddy’s, Cipla, Lupin, ACG Worldwide, and Fabtech Technologies, Sunil has held progressively senior roles managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Prior to joining US Pharma, he served as Project Manager at Schematic Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd., and as International Project Manager at Fabtech Technologies, where he was instrumental in designing and delivering complex pharma engineering systems across India and overseas.
At US Pharma, Sunil will oversee the establishment of high-performance manufacturing units for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), Injectables, Ointments, and Liquids, catering to critical therapeutic areas such as general medicine, oncology, hormones, and cephalosporins. His role will involve integrating advanced technology, cGMP compliance, and sustainability standards into the construction and operationalisation of the facility, which will support US Pharma’s presence in over 85 countries with a portfolio of 700+ products.
Known for his strong grounding in Six Sigma, engineering compliance, and leadership across international project environments, Sunil brings a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight. His deep understanding of containment technologies, clean utilities, equipment qualification, and regulatory standards will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and long-term scalability.
