Prior to this, she served as Assistant Vice President at Ozone Group, where she played a pivotal role in developing presales frameworks and enhancing conversion metrics across high-value projects in South India.
Shilpa has also held senior roles at reputed developers like Shriram Properties, GM Infinite, House of Hiranandani, and Puravankara Projects, where she led high-performing sales support and sourcing teams across key metro cities such as Bengaluru and Chennai. Her expertise spans sales funnel optimisation, lead generation strategy, customer lifecycle management, and end-to-end presales operations.
