Shikhar Singh has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Faclon Labs, effective July 2025. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the people and culture agenda for the high-growth deep-tech startup, which is on a mission to transform infrastructure and utilities through IoT and SaaS-driven solutions.
With a strong career spanning across multiple industries and scaling HR functions from the ground up, Shikhar brings extensive expertise in people strategy, digital innovation, and organisational transformation. Prior to joining Faclon Labs, he served as India Lead – Culture and Talent at CG Infinity, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s talent and culture framework for its India GCC operations. He has also held senior leadership roles at Sociowash, Cutshort, and GigIndia (acquired by PhonePe), where he successfully built scalable HR practices and championed employee engagement.
Beyond his corporate journey, Shikhar has actively contributed to the HR ecosystem. As an OG Member of The Talent Deck, a volunteer-led community of people and culture professionals, he has supported founders, mentored aspiring HR leaders, and enabled knowledge sharing across the startup ecosystem. His work reflects his passion for solving business problems through the intersection of people and technology — a philosophy he proudly identifies with as a “Zillenial HR.”
At Faclon Labs, Shikhar’s focus will be on building a future-ready people function that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth plans. His role will encompass leadership development, organisational design, and integrating digital HR practices to support innovation and business scalability. With his proven ability to blend strategic HR with operational execution, Shikhar is set to play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s culture and talent capabilities.
