Kamleshwar Yadav has joined Mahindra Home Finance as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), effective July 2025. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management practices, ensuring robust protection of critical data and systems across the organisation.
With over a decade of progressive experience in cybersecurity and information security, Kamleshwar has built a distinguished career across leading organisations in banking, consulting, and technology. Prior to this appointment, he served as AVP – Cyber Security Specialist at CSB Bank Limited and as CISO at Tech Mahindra, where he held leadership roles both in India and overseas. His expertise spans cloud security, compliance frameworks, external audits, regulatory standards, and large-scale security operations.
Earlier in his career, he held key positions with HDFC Bank, Capgemini, Emarson Infotech, and Resource Square Solution, where he strengthened enterprise-wide security operations and compliance processes. A CISSP-certified professional, Kamleshwar brings deep expertise in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIST frameworks, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). His leadership has consistently delivered secure, compliant, and resilient digital ecosystems.
At Mahindra Home Finance, Kamleshwar’s focus will be on fortifying the company’s information security posture, aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business goals, and driving strategic resilience against evolving cyber threats.
