Salil Pandey has joined Zuventus Healthcare Limited, Mumbai — part of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited — as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
With nearly three decades of leadership experience, Salil has played pivotal roles at Sun Pharmaceuticals, where, as Vice President & Cluster Head and Associate Vice President, he managed multi-specialty portfolios across gastroenterology, pain management, neuropsychiatry, anti-infectives, and respiratory. During his tenure, he drove revenues exceeding ₹1,700 crore and built several mega brands that ranked among the top 200 in the Indian Pharmaceutical Market.
He has also contributed significantly at Croslands Research and Win-Medicare Pvt. Ltd., driving business growth, market development, and strategic brand leadership.
At Zuventus Healthcare (Emcure), Salil will lead a team of nearly 2,300 professionals across Sales, Marketing, and allied functions, strengthening commercial excellence and driving sustainable growth for one of India’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies.
