Raghvendra Pratap Singh has been promoted to the role of General Manager – Head of Corporate Human Resources at Anantra Projects Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant career advancement within the infrastructure and project development sector. Based in Pune, Raghvendra has been with the organization since September 2024, playing a pivotal role in steering the company’s HR strategies and driving talent transformation initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as General Manager – Human Resources at Ram Kumar Contractor Private Limited, where he led key HR functions, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management. With over two decades of experience, Raghvendra has held several senior HR leadership roles across prominent infrastructure companies such as G R Infraprojects Limited, Jaypee Infratech Ltd, and ISOLUX CORSAN, gaining extensive exposure to workforce compliance, labor relations, and people-centric project execution.
Raghvendra began his HR journey at Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) in 2003, where he managed statutory compliances and SAP-HRM modules, laying a strong foundation for his expertise in HR operations and industrial relations. His hands-on experience across large-scale infrastructure projects has helped him shape HR frameworks that are aligned with evolving business needs and compliance standards.
In his new capacity at Anantra Projects Pvt. Ltd., Raghvendra will continue to focus on human capital development, organizational growth, and strategic HR alignment across multiple locations.
