Pritam Doshi has been appointed as the CIO & Head, Renewable Energy at 360 ONE Asset, marking a significant leadership transition as the firm accelerates its strategy in renewable and clean-energy investments. In this elevated role, he leads the creation and expansion of an integrated renewables platform within the company’s alternates asset management business, with a vision to build, own, and operate solar, wind, storage, and diversified renewable infrastructure across India.
With an illustrious career spanning leadership roles in renewable energy, investment management, EPC operations, distribution, and technology-backed businesses, Pritam brings deep multi-sectoral expertise to his new mandate. His entrepreneurial journey as Founder & CEO of Quark Solar—where he led the commissioning of over 450 solar projects across industrial, commercial, and telecom installations—has positioned him as a respected name in India’s clean-energy ecosystem. His stewardship of PAE Ltd. as Chairman & Managing Director further strengthened his understanding of national-scale operations, supply chains, and the evolving energy market landscape.
Beyond corporate leadership, Pritam has held influential positions across multiple organizations and institutions. As the Founding Chair of TIGER 21 in Mumbai, he plays an active role in fostering a global community of ultra-HNIs focused on wealth preservation, investment strategy, and philanthropy. His continuing tenure as Trustee of the Walchand Institute of Technology for over two decades reflects his commitment to education, social impact, and institution building. His board-level experience at Shurjo Energy, India’s only CIGS solar panel manufacturer, further enriches his grasp on emerging technologies and next-generation solar solutions.
Earlier in his career, Pritam built strong foundations in the US financial and healthcare research sectors, working with global names such as HSBC Securities, Raymond James, and Trident Capital. His experience ranged from equity research and medtech sector analysis to venture capital evaluations and investment support—skills that today empower his approach to renewable energy as both an operational leader and investment strategist. His exposure to imaging technology, digital transformation, and tech-enabled business models during his leadership at Excel Medical Imaging expanded his cross-industry perspective even further.
In his new mandate at 360 ONE Asset, Pritam is responsible for advancing the firm’s renewable energy strategy within its $10B AUM portfolio, strengthening alternative investment capabilities, and driving value creation through sustainable infrastructure. With his holistic experience in renewable technology, investment leadership, operations, and institutional governance, his appointment reinforces the firm’s commitment to delivering long-term, risk-adjusted alpha through clean and future-ready assets.
