Before joining Address Advisors in July 2025, Hariharan served as Executive Director and Co-Head – Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a key force behind client acquisition, occupier solutions, and large-scale office transactions. His 18-year stint at Cushman & Wakefield saw him progress through critical roles—from Director to Senior Director—contributing significantly to Agency Leasing & Investment Sales while shaping the firm’s South India commercial portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Hariharan held impactful roles at Colliers, where he served as Manager Commercial – Leasing, and at RPG Cellular and Bank of America’s DSA, honing his client-facing and business development expertise. His blend of sales acumen and strategic leasing advisory has enabled him to lead successful negotiations and real estate solutions for a wide range of corporate occupiers.
At Address Advisors, Hariharan will spearhead operations in the South, focusing on tenant representation, strategic growth, and market penetration in key metros like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
