Prior to her current role, Aakansha served as Talent Manager at Trapperx, where she played a key part in managing the artist’s schedule, brand collaborations, and strategic promotions. Her ability to bridge creative ideation with operational excellence helped enhance artist visibility and audience engagement. Simultaneously, she worked as an Interviewer at Indotech Productions, contributing to script creation, interview execution, and content strategy—further cementing her storytelling and media skills.
Aakansha’s journey also includes internships at Corizo, Udaan Welfare Foundation, and Prattyancha, where she developed strengths in marketing, strategic communication, community development, and critical writing.
