Currently serving as Executive President at Kapston Services Limited, Dr. Panda has played a pivotal role in steering the company’s growth from a turnover of ₹200 crores to nearly ₹900 crores through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client-centric service delivery. His previous leadership roles at Sodexo, Karvy Group, and Computershare further highlight his expertise in facilities management, corporate real estate, and business transformation.
