Bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management, Dinesh’s professional journey reflects a consistent record of strategic contribution and leadership across leading organizations. Prior to joining Bosch Home Comfort Group, he served as Procurement Manager at Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning, where he managed both direct and indirect procurement functions, including logistics procurement and contract management. His responsibilities spanned export-import operations, supplier negotiations, and center of excellence initiatives — all contributing to efficiency and cost optimization across the supply chain.
Earlier, Dinesh held the position of Head of Logistics at TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited, where he successfully led end-to-end logistics operations for over seven years. His leadership in vendor management, freight optimization, and transportation strategy helped streamline distribution and ensure seamless delivery performance. He played an instrumental role in integrating logistics innovation and improving vendor collaboration frameworks, contributing to operational reliability and customer satisfaction.
Dinesh began his career with TCI Group (Transport Corporation of India Limited) as Key Account Manager for Inbound and Outbound Logistics, where he honed his expertise in managing large-scale logistics networks and client relationships.
