Prior to her new role, Bhaskar took a planned career break from August 2024 to September 2025 to embrace motherhood while also upskilling herself with certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, and more. Her return to the industry combines both professional growth and personal resilience, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and leadership in the ever-evolving media landscape.
Previously, she served as Business Group Head at Motivator, GroupM from December 2021 to August 2024. During this period, she spearheaded integrated media strategies for leading brands such as Cars24, Paree, A&M Noodles, Rummy Culture, and Hitachi. Bhaskar’s campaigns not only boosted brand recall but also won industry recognition, particularly for Cars24 and Rummy Culture. She skillfully managed multi-channel strategies, proprietary planning tools, and significant budgets while driving ROI and new business wins.
Earlier in her career, Bhaskar worked with Wavemaker for over five years as Business Manager, where she managed end-to-end media planning for BFSI leaders like Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, and Care Health Insurance, along with well-known home décor brands such as Somany Ceramics and Greenlam Laminates. She excelled in using data-driven insights to deliver impactful campaigns and fostered long-standing client relationships that contributed to multi-agency pitch wins and award-winning work.
