Chandrakant Singh has stepped into a pivotal leadership role as Unit Head – Credit Line on UPI | Business & Partnerships at YES BANK, where he is driving one of India’s most ambitious digital lending innovations. With this strategic appointment in May 2025, Chandrakant now leads the 0-to-1 journey of building and scaling seamless credit access through UPI—an initiative set to revolutionize real-time digital lending experiences across the country.

His journey at YES BANK has been a strong testament to his impact. Prior to this role, he spearheaded the D2C Credit Card Business, growing it from ground up over nearly three years. By leveraging DIY customer journeys, performance marketing, and strong ecommerce alliances, he played a crucial role in shaping the bank’s digital acquisition strategy and boosting credit card penetration through organic channels.

Before joining YES BANK, Chandrakant held critical growth and product roles at Bajaj Markets and Bajaj Finserv, where he led digital lending, insurance, and secured loan verticals. He was instrumental in developing full-funnel digital acquisition frameworks, data-driven targeting strategies, and channel optimization, which significantly elevated customer conversion and retention metrics across diverse financial products.

Over the years, Chandrakant has proven his mettle across fintech and banking landscapes—blending strategic vision with deep operational execution.
