Bhairo Sharma has stepped into a key leadership role at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited as the Deputy General Manager – Design & Project Safety in Corporate. Bringing with him nearly two decades of deep-rooted expertise in industrial safety and technical risk management, Bhairo’s appointment marks a strategic move by the organization to reinforce its safety-led project execution approach. He joined the company in May 2025 and is based out of Gujarat.

Prior to joining Gujarat Fluorochemicals, Bhairo played a crucial role in Coromandel International Limited, where he led Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives across all Technical CPC units for over five years. His tenure was marked by robust safety implementation practices and the alignment of operations with global PSM standards—contributing significantly to the company’s compliance framework and operational integrity.

Earlier, Bhairo served an impressive 18-year stint at Grasim Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group) as Manager – Technical Project Safety, where he was instrumental in designing and integrating comprehensive safety systems across multiple industrial projects. His extensive experience across the chemical and manufacturing landscape has made him a respected name in the industry, especially in the areas of design safety, risk assessment, and regulatory adherence.

In his new role at Gujarat Fluorochemicals, Bhairo is expected to oversee safety strategies for high-impact projects, integrate design-based safety solutions, and ensure that corporate engineering practices are in line with evolving industry standards. His hands-on expertise in PSM implementation and multi-site coordination is set to enhance the company’s safety culture and project delivery efficiency.
