Arpit Gandhi has been promoted to Vice President Retail – Reebok at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, recognizing his leadership in driving Reebok’s retail transformation and growth in India. In his elevated role, he will lead the brand’s retail strategy, spearheading network expansion, commercial performance, consumer engagement, and operational excellence to further strengthen Reebok’s position in the Indian market.
Prior to this promotion, Arpit served as Assistant Vice President – Reebok at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, where he played a pivotal role in rebuilding the brand’s retail footprint through strategic expansion, merchandising, planning, visual merchandising, CRM, and end-to-end retail operations. He also served as Director – Retail Operations for Reebok at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., contributing significantly to the brand’s retail transformation.
With over 16 years of experience in the sportswear and lifestyle retail industry, Arpit has built a distinguished career across merchandising, category management, retail operations, and commercial strategy. During his nearly decade-long tenure with PUMA Group, he held leadership positions including Buying and Merchandising Head, Buying and Merchandising Head – Footwear, Buying and Merchandising Head – Apparel & Accessories, and Senior Merchandising Manager, driving business growth across footwear, apparel, and accessories. Earlier in his career, he also held key merchandising and buying roles with adidas and PUMA.
