Isha Sinha has joined DTDC Express Limited as Senior Product Manager, further strengthening the logistics major’s digital innovation and product transformation efforts. Based in Gurugram, Isha brings with her a decade-long track record of shaping product strategy and building high-impact solutions across logistics and e-commerce platforms in both domestic and international markets.
Prior to this, Isha served as Senior Product Manager at Ecom Express, where she spent close to four years in roles that spanned product leadership, user experience optimization, and agile-driven release planning. Her deep understanding of operational workflows and customer-centric design has been instrumental in streamlining last-mile delivery solutions and creating robust backend infrastructure in fast-scaling logistics environments.
Isha’s career has also included key roles with DHL eCommerce Solutions in Thailand, where she led digital product development as Product Owner and Business Analyst, managing releases, stakeholder communication, and operational UX design. Earlier, she held leadership responsibilities at FarEye, overseeing implementation for DHL’s APAC operations and driving customized logistics tech deployments across Southeast Asia.
In her new role at DTDC, Isha is expected to lead product initiatives that will enhance scalability, agility, and technology adoption across DTDC’s wide-ranging logistics network. Her global exposure, deep product acumen, and hands-on experience with agile frameworks will be key in driving innovation for DTDC’s growing digital portfolio.
