Before his tenure at Keka HR, Suraj worked as a Training Manager at Bhanzu, where he designed and implemented structured onboarding and training programs for sales teams. He successfully managed batches of over 40 employees, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and alignment with organizational objectives. His leadership helped strengthen sales capabilities and improved operational processes, enhancing overall business performance.
