With over two decades of experience across real estate, banking, media, and investment management, Puneet brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, high-performance leadership, and proven business growth capabilities. Based in Hyderabad, he will spearhead end-to-end sales, marketing, customer engagement, and revenue strategies for Ramky’s expanding residential and commercial developments.
Before joining Ramky Estates, Puneet served an impactful tenure of nearly seven years at Auro Realty, where he rose from Vice President Sales & Marketing to Senior Vice President. During this period, he played a central role in scaling sales volumes, launching large-scale projects, building robust customer networks, and strengthening the brand’s market footprint across Telangana. His leadership was instrumental in driving consistent revenue growth and establishing Auro Realty’s strong market positioning in premium and luxury real estate.
Prior to Auro Realty, Puneet spent close to five years at the Lodha Group, one of India’s largest real estate developers. As A. Vice President and later as Head – Sales Channel Business for Palava, he managed diverse sales teams, channel partners, and high-stakes project mandates across Mumbai. His ability to streamline sales structures, drive partner performance, and execute strategic sales campaigns contributed significantly to Lodha’s business expansion and project success.
Puneet’s career foundation spans diverse industries, beginning with high-impact roles in banking and media. As Cluster Head at Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, he led a team of 26 professionals across sales, marketing, HR, and finance for three radio stations in Andhra Pradesh. He achieved record-breaking sales numbers despite market contractions, drove award-winning campaigns, and maintained exceptional team stability. His earlier leadership positions at IndusInd Bank, ICICI Prudential AMC, and ABN AMRO Bank highlight his expertise in investment advisory, wealth management, portfolio strategy, and client relationship leadership—earning multiple awards, promotions, and national recognitions. He also served as Area Manager at IndusInd Bank, establishing a strong early reputation for operational and business excellence.
