Sandy brings a rare blend of commercial acumen, industry foresight, and operational expertise that spans technology-driven real estate models, workspace innovation, leasing strategy, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Table Space, he served as CEO – Commercial & Retail at Primecorp, where he led expansion strategy, retail revenue models, and brand positioning aimed at reshaping the real estate value chain. His tenure also includes leadership roles at The Phoenix Mills, Prestige Group, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and JLL, giving him extensive exposure across leasing, client advisory, asset scale-up, and market transformation in South India and beyond.
Throughout his career, Sandy has remained deeply committed to sustainable development, ethical industry practices, and delivering long-term value for clients, partners, and organisations.
