Prithivi Kyathi Joins adamsbridge as Vice President – Sales & Marketing, strengthening its leadership bench as it scales its global HR and workforce management solutions. Based in India, Prithivi will spearhead revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion, with a clear focus on building deep, consultative relationships with clients across geographies.
With rich experience in SaaS product sales, HRMS, ATS, and workforce management systems, Prithivi has consistently led high-impact sales charters across global markets. In his recent role as Product Sales Head – Global for Japfu.ai HRMS (Workforce Management System) at CODETRU, he drove strategic SaaS sales, led high-performing teams, and built go-to-market motions that aligned product capabilities with evolving customer needs.
Before CODETRU, Prithivi played a pivotal role at Avance Consulting, leading partnerships and product sales for PamGro (Global EOR & PEO solutions) and Wisestep ATS. His focus on data-driven sales, strong client education, and value-led solutioning helped expand the customer base and deepen strategic account relationships across global workforce and payroll ecosystems.
Prithivi’s earlier stints at CEIPAL, EC-Council, WizIQ, and Mahindra Satyam further sharpened his global SaaS, channel, and enterprise sales expertise—spanning recruitment technology, cybersecurity certifications, edtech, and ICT solutions. Across roles, he has been known for building scalable sales engines, coaching teams, and aligning sales strategy with long-term customer outcomes.
In his new mandate at adamsbridge, Prithivi is poised to leverage his HR tech, EOR/PEO, ATS, and WFM expertise to position the company as a trusted partner for global employers. His blend of product depth, people leadership, and strategic thinking will be central to adamsbridge’s next phase of growth.
