Navin Todur has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Sales at Easyrewardz Software Services, a leading loyalty and customer engagement solutions company. In his new role, Navin will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, expanding market reach, and strengthening client partnerships to accelerate business growth.
Navin brings a wealth of experience in sales leadership and customer experience across the BFSI and technology sectors. Prior to joining Easyrewardz, he served as National Sales Manager at Exato.ai, where he successfully led national sales operations, delivering consistent revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. At Kapture CX, he was the Senior Manager – Enterprises (BFSI Vertical), driving customer experience initiatives for the BFSI vertical in the West region.
Earlier in his career, Navin held senior sales leadership roles at Resulticks and OneDirect, where he focused on business planning, enterprise solutions, and delivering impactful sales strategies. His expertise spans business development, account management, enterprise sales, and fostering long-term client engagement.
