Harkamal Singh Sandhu has been appointed as Country Head – Sales at iLiveConnect, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning nearly three decades in healthcare, medical devices, and specialty sales leadership. In this role, he will lead the company’s sales strategy and business expansion efforts across India, driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting the adoption of innovative healthcare solutions. At iLiveConnect, he will contribute to the company’s mission of transforming healthcare through continuous clinical care beyond hospital settings, enabling timely patient monitoring and intervention in the comfort of their homes.
Prior to joining iLiveConnect, Harkamal served as National Sales Manager at SLTL Group – Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd., where he led national sales operations for the Drug Eluting Stents and PTCA Balloon portfolio across India. Managing a team of 45 professionals, he drove strategic business expansion, key account development, and customer acquisition initiatives, achieving 52% business growth within his first year and securing 80 new customer accounts nationwide. He also strengthened relationships with leading hospitals and cardiology centers while collaborating with senior leadership on commercial strategy and revenue growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Harkamal held leadership positions with Innvolution Healthcare Private Limited, Sahajanand Medical Technologies, Translumina Therapeutics, USV Limited, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, and Wallace Pharmaceuticals. Across these roles, he built extensive expertise in interventional cardiology, clinical marketing, international business development, channel management, government tenders, key account management, and healthcare commercialization. He successfully expanded businesses across domestic and international markets, strengthened partnerships with healthcare institutions, and played a key role in launching and scaling specialized healthcare products.
