His tenure at Tech Mahindra was marked by his success in expanding client portfolios, deepening relationships with enterprise customers, and driving multi-million-dollar engagements across telecom and digital transformation sectors.

Before his time at Tech Mahindra, Aman made notable contributions as Director – Business Growth at CyberCureME, where he led strategic initiatives in cybersecurity solutions and consulting across Africa and the Rest of the World. His leadership was pivotal in positioning CyberCureME as a trusted advisor in enterprise cybersecurity, especially among telecom, BFSI, utilities, and government institutions. His experience in managing complex, cross-regional accounts and building sustainable partnerships made him a key figure in the company’s growth journey.

Aman also held leadership roles at iSON Xperiences, where he served as General Manager – Sales & Business Development for the Middle East and Africa region. There, he successfully developed and executed go-to-market strategies across multiple industries, enhancing customer experience and enabling digital CX transformation. His earlier roles at Tech Mahindra, spanning India, Saudi Arabia, and Ghana, helped him cultivate a strong understanding of diverse business environments, client expectations, and cultural dynamics — a strength that continues to shape his leadership approach.
