Abhishek Pandey has been appointed as Senior Sales Manager at HDFC Bank. In his new role, he will oversee the Credit Cards Indirect Payment Business for the NCR region, driving growth through strategic partnerships, digital channels, and team leadership in the retail banking space.
Before this, Abhishek served as Channel Sales Manager at Axis Bank, where he managed card sales across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. He was instrumental in developing digital partnerships, conducting executive training programs, and ensuring compliance and performance excellence within the cards business.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Citi as Channel Manager for Credit Cards, and with YES BANK as Manager, where he led teams to enhance market presence for Yes Credit Cards, implemented training programs, and achieved cross-sell targets through insurance and financial products.
Abhishek also spent over four years with ICICI Bank, progressing from Senior Deputy Manager to Unit Manager. During his tenure, he handled large sales teams across North India, driving new customer acquisition, CASA product sales, and third-party cross-sell initiatives. His diverse experience across India’s leading banks positions him strongly to contribute to HDFC Bank’s continued growth in the digital and partnership-driven card business segment.
