Parag Parikh has taken on a dual leadership role at GPS Renewables, serving as CEO of its asset platform, GPSR Arya, and as Group Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s next phase of expansion in biofuels and clean energy, focusing on strategic growth, financial leadership, and operational excellence across the renewable energy ecosystem.
Before this appointment, Parag served as Chief Financial Officer at Adani Total Gas for over six years, where he was instrumental in driving strategic finance, investor relations, and incubation of new businesses including biogas and EV mobility charging. His expertise also extended to joint venture governance and the development of new business verticals in the clean energy space.
He has previously held senior financial leadership roles at GMR Group, where he led project and structured finance, corporate finance, and asset restructuring initiatives. Parag also served as Executive Director and CFO at Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited, where he oversaw strategy, project finance, business development, IPO management, and operations.
A member of the FICCI CFO Council, Parag combines strategic insight with strong financial stewardship to advance India’s infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. His appointment marks a significant step for GPS Renewables as it continues to scale its impact in sustainable energy and biofuel innovation.
