Based out of Gujarat since July 2025, Dr. Vyas is now leading quality functions across personal care, specialty chemicals, and crop manufacturing segments. With over 15 years of robust experience in pharmaceutical and chemical quality management, he brings deep expertise in compliance, system development, and cross-functional team leadership to Hikal’s industrial operations.
Prior to joining Hikal, Dr. Vyas served as Quality Manager at the same organization for over two years, further reinforcing his familiarity with the company’s operations and standards. His proven track record in maintaining site-wide regulatory compliance and driving quality initiatives has earned him this leadership promotion. In this role, he is expected to build and reinforce strong quality systems, elevate audit readiness, and contribute to product integrity across manufacturing verticals.
Dr. Vyas’s professional journey includes impactful stints at reputed firms such as Aarti Industries Ltd, Symbiotec Pharmalab Pvt. Ltd, Sun Pharma, and Ranbaxy. At Aarti Industries, he managed quality control operations in Gujarat, while his tenure at Symbiotec was marked by his contributions in analytical development and team building. Notably, during his nearly 8-year service at Ranbaxy, he spearheaded critical areas such as CQMS, CAPA, FDA audit handling, and laboratory validation activities, establishing his reputation as a compliance-focused and performance-driven professional.
