Angita Singh, SHRM-SCP has been appointed as the Associate Vice President – HR Business Partner at Diageo in Gurugram, Haryana. With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in human resources leadership, Angita brings deep expertise in driving HR strategy, change management, and fostering high-performing organizational cultures. Her appointment underscores Diageo’s commitment to strengthening leadership, talent development, and employee engagement across the business.
Prior to joining Diageo, Angita served as Senior Manager – HR India and Talent Management APAC at Vantive, where she managed the India Commercial and Shared Services Centre and oversaw the spin-off from Baxter International. She played a key role in HR strategy development, policy implementation, leadership development, and the rollout of new culture values across the APAC region. Her earlier tenure at Baxter International Inc. included senior HRBP and talent management roles for India, Singapore, and Indonesia, where she led programs in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Angita’s career also includes impactful HR leadership roles at General Motors, where she managed the Commercial division of GM India and facilitated talent acquisition and high-performance culture initiatives, as well as earlier roles in talent acquisition and HR management across multiple organizations, including Crossword Bookstores. Her work has consistently focused on building inclusive workplaces, coaching senior leaders, and enabling organizations to achieve strategic business goals through people-centric practices.
