Nikhil Raj Singh has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer at Ampcus Cyber, taking on a broader leadership mandate across delivery, business growth, R&D, product development, and people. As a founding member, he will focus on translating cybersecurity strategy into scalable operational excellence while strengthening the company’s capabilities across banking, e-commerce, public sector, and critical infrastructure.
Previously serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Ampcus Cyber, Nikhil led strategic initiatives, GRC engagements, and cybersecurity transformation programs, while overseeing a team of 30+ auditors and consultants. His leadership contributed to a 30% reduction in risk exposure for major clients, a 20% year-on-year increase in revenue generation, and the integration of AI and automation into compliance and risk management.
With over 12 years of experience, Nikhil has held key roles at Network Intelligence, PayPal, and SISA Information Security, building deep expertise across GRC, payment security, risk advisory, and information security. His experience includes implementing frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and HITRUST, alongside emerging AI governance standards including NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
In his elevated role, Nikhil will also drive AI security and governance, secure MLOps and LLMOps, R&D, AI-native products, and agentic compliance solutions, while continuing to build industry capabilities through hands-on training and workshops.
