With extensive experience in managing large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure programs, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver complex projects from concept and design through execution, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, reliability, and performance.
Prior to joining ElectroMech Infra Projects Ltd., Avdhut held leadership positions at CtrlS Datacenters, where he progressed through multiple roles and played a key role in delivering hyperscale and enterprise-grade data center infrastructure projects. His responsibilities included overseeing critical power systems, electrical distribution networks, UPS systems, switchgear, generators, PDUs, grounding systems, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and commissioning activities. His contributions were instrumental in supporting highly reliable environments designed for mission-critical operations.
Earlier in his career, Avdhut served as Senior Project Lead at JLL, where he managed MEP project delivery as a Project Management Consultant, ensuring seamless coordination between consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders. He was responsible for design validation, procurement oversight, quality assurance, compliance management, execution monitoring, testing, commissioning, and project handovers across complex infrastructure developments. His expertise in aligning engineering excellence with project execution helped deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Avdhut’s professional foundation was built during an accomplished tenure at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where he rose from Diploma Engineer Trainee to Manager over more than a decade. During this period, he successfully led infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and data center projects across India, gaining extensive experience in construction management, MEP execution, vendor coordination, quality control, and operational leadership.
