Based in Surat, Gujarat, Arpan now leads strategic planning, business development, and operational direction to strengthen the company’s footprint in the solar ecosystem.
With over a decade of domain experience spanning solar glass, solar solutions, and renewable infrastructure, Arpan has built a strong reputation for scaling businesses, strengthening distribution networks, and unlocking market growth opportunities. His recent tenure as Vice President – Business Operations at Ganesh Green Bharat Limited showcased his capability to manage cross-functional operations—from sales and marketing to procurement, production, HR, and supply chain. There, he played an instrumental role in building brand visibility, accelerating business growth, and enhancing operational maturity.
Prior to these leadership roles, Arpan spent more than six years with Borosil Renewables Ltd., where he led solar glass sales across Western India and deepened his understanding of the renewable supply chain, customer behavior, and evolving technology trends in India’s clean energy market. His experience also includes sales and market development roles at organizations such as Varmora Granito, AkzoNobel, and Gujarat Borosil, contributing to his strong grounding in B2B expansion, customer engagement, and territory leadership.
