Kapil Devnani appointed as Head Products at ABC – Aditya Birla Money Limited , where he is leading product strategy, process architecture, and category expansion across financial services offerings. In this role, he is driving initiatives to streamline customer journeys, build a scalable distribution ecosystem, and introduce customer-centric third-party product solutions. His work focuses on strengthening product-market fit, enabling revenue growth, and enhancing channel competitiveness for the organization.
Prior to this, Kapil served as Head – Rewards & Recognition at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he designed and delivered incentive, engagement, and loyalty frameworks to drive performance across Agency, Bancassurance, Direct Marketing, Corporate Agency, and Broking channels. He led strategic program development, analytics-driven campaign design, national-scale communication, and recognition platforms that boosted distributor motivation and channel activation.
Kapil also spent over a decade with Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund in multiple leadership roles across Product Management and Business Development. He built and scaled the IFA channel strategy, led banking channel partnerships with major private and MNC banks, and drove end-to-end engagement programs, product positioning, and communication strategies across equity and fixed-income portfolios. His work included award-winning loyalty program design and digital-led distributor enablement.
Earlier in his career, Kapil held product development and distribution roles at Tata AIA Life Insurance and managed customer acquisition and retention at ICICI Bank. With deep experience in product innovation, distribution strategy, loyalty design, communication frameworks, and channel growth, Kapil is recognized for shaping scalable financial distribution models that connect product value, partner relationships, and business outcomes.
