Vishal Soni has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Lamba Techno Flooring Solutions Pvt Ltd, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey spanning more than 19 years across project management, process engineering, industrial development, logistics and warehousing. A dynamic leader and certified PMP, Vishal brings extensive expertise in project management and process engineering, along with a strong strategic vision focused on driving growth, innovation and organisational success.
In his new leadership role, Vishal will focus on shaping the company’s vision and strategy, driving business growth, strengthening stakeholder relationships and overseeing key business initiatives. His experience across industrial, logistics and warehousing projects, combined with his expertise in design, optimisation, construction and automation, positions him to lead Lamba Techno Flooring Solutions Pvt Ltd through its next phase of development.
Before being appointed CEO, Vishal was associated with IndoSpace as Assistant Vice President – Development, North India. Earlier, he served as General Manager – Operations at Lodha, General Manager – North India at Welspun One Logistics Parks, Deputy General Manager at CBRE, and Senior Project Lead and Project Manager at JLL India. He also held multiple roles at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, progressing through positions including Project Coordinator & Cost Controller, Construction Manager and Assistant Manager, after beginning his career as a Senior Civil Engineer and Engineer.
With a career built across IndoSpace, Lodha, Welspun, CBRE, JLL and Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, Vishal has developed a broad understanding of project execution, construction management, process improvement and business operations. His elevation to the CEO position represents the culmination of this diverse experience and reflects his continued progression into strategic leadership.
