Suraj Prakash Gupta has been appointed Head – Corporate Governance and Compliance Officer at Glottis Limited, strengthening the organization’s regulatory and governance leadership. With a strong background in corporate secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks, Suraj brings diverse cross-industry experience across financial services, insurance, and corporate advisory environments.
Prior to joining Glottis Limited, Suraj served as Company Secretary – Compliance Manager at Aditya Birla Capital, where he handled listing compliance, RBI regulations, ESG frameworks, ESOP governance, and regulatory filings. Earlier, he briefly led the secretarial and compliance function as Head Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Accel Limited, and before that worked at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd, managing statutory and corporate law compliance in a highly regulated sector.
His career also includes leadership responsibility as Head Company Secretary at Prince Jewellers and professional training roles with compliance advisory firms, where he developed expertise in Companies Act regulations, corporate legal documentation, and governance processes. Over the years, he has built a reputation for strengthening compliance structures and ensuring regulatory alignment across organizations.
