Srinath also launched and expanded HiveMinds’ Creative & Content vertical and cultivated strategic partnerships that unlocked new revenue streams and client categories.

A seasoned global leader, Srinath’s earlier tenure includes serving as Managing Director at Reprise Digital Indonesia, where he accelerated digital transformation across the IPG Mediabrands ecosystem. He led a cross-functional team of 35 digital experts, delivering integrated marketing, e-commerce, and SEO services while forging high-value client relationships. His legacy of leadership extends through nearly a decade at Interactive Avenues, where he climbed the ranks from Director to Senior Vice President, managing a media billing portfolio of INR 250 Cr and playing a key role in transforming the agency’s digital business.
