Shobhit Kumar Kesharwani has been appointed as Senior Manager – Renewables (Projects) at Arvind Limited, one of India’s leading conglomerates with a strong focus on sustainability and clean energy. In his new role, he will be spearheading renewable project initiatives, particularly in the areas of solar and wind energy, driving innovation, and ensuring efficient project execution in alignment with Arvind’s green energy goals.
Before joining Arvind Limited, Shobhit had an extensive and progressive career spanning over 14 years in the renewable energy sector. He previously worked with TÜV SÜD as Manager – Projects (Wind and Solar Projects), where he led multiple large-scale renewable energy projects and managed end-to-end execution including client coordination, resource allocation, and on-site operations. His strategic project management skills and ability to maintain customer satisfaction were instrumental in the company’s successful project deliveries.
Prior to that, he served as Deputy Manager – Operations at TUV India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing operations for wind, solar, transmission line, and building projects across Gujarat. Shobhit’s experience in manpower deployment, quality assurance, and customer relationship management helped streamline operational efficiency and enhanced client trust. He also played a crucial role in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Earlier in his career, Shobhit held key technical positions with reputed organizations including TUV Rheinland India Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Electrical Engineer, Sterling and Wilson Ltd. as Quality Engineer, PowerWind Ltd. as Electrical Engineer, and Enercon India Ltd. as Assistant Engineer. Across these roles, he developed strong expertise in electrical inspections, project commissioning, wind turbine installation, and solar infrastructure development—making him a seasoned professional in the renewable energy landscape.
