Dr. Mruthyanjaya Rao M. has been appointed as General Manager – Human Resources at Kapston Services Limited. In his new role, he will focus on Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits Management while driving employee experience initiatives across the organization.
Before joining Kapston Services Limited, he served as Functional Head (Senior HR) in Academia, where he led Human Capital strategies focused on performance improvement and organizational learning.
Previously, he worked with Teqsar as Assistant General Manager – HR, where he handled workforce management, talent acquisition, and HR process optimization. His earlier experience includes a managerial stint at Karvy Stock Broking Limited, overseeing recruitment, leadership profiling, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he contributed to strategic HR operations at mFino and VoiceGate Technologies India Private Limited, leading HRIS development, legal compliance, and performance management systems. With over 15 years of experience spanning HR strategy, talent development, and business alignment, Dr. Mruthyanjaya Rao brings a strong foundation in people management and organizational transformation to his new role at Kapston Services Limited.
