Seema Verma has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at eDAS – Eureka Digitisation and Automation Services. She brings with her an extensive global leadership background in digital transformation, AI-driven enterprise modernization, platform strategy, and people-centric technology innovation. With a strong focus on scale, simplification, and business-aligned tech strategy, she has consistently led large transformation programs that drive measurable impact across organizations.
Prior to joining eDAS, Seema served as Director – Tech Transformation, Finance & Risk Solutions Technology at NatWest Group, where she led GenAI and digital transformation programs, aligned technology roadmaps across global teams, and strengthened enterprise data-driven decision frameworks. Before this, she headed the Automation & Digitization Platform and the Workday Extend function at NatWest Group, where she built globally scaled capability centers, established key automation portfolios, and transformed HR systems and workflows through Workday Extend adoption.
Earlier in her career, Seema held the role of Global Head – Technical Learning and Development at Infogain India Pvt Ltd, where she shaped global talent strategies, built digital skill academies, and led large-scale capability transformations. She also worked at Tech Mahindra as a Relationship Manager, where she managed organization-wide reskilling programs and talent development initiatives. Additionally, she started her professional journey with Infosys as a Tech Evangelist, where she contributed to competency development frameworks and early-career learning programs.
With her strong advocacy for Women in Tech, her proven track record in scaling AI and digital platforms, and her ability to enable organizations to transition to future-ready models, Seema’s appointment marks a significant milestone in the growth journey of eDAS – Eureka Digitisation and Automation Services. Her leadership is expected to accelerate the organization’s mission to deliver intelligent automation, digital-first operational excellence, and transformative customer value across industries.
