Sagar Vashistha has been appointed as Director at JLL, marking a significant milestone in his journey across digital transformation, automation, and enterprise program leadership. In this role, he will drive strategic program execution, lead large-scale transformation initiatives, and strengthen organizational capabilities across technology and business operations, reflecting his proven ability to translate innovation into measurable business outcomes.
In his new capacity, Sagar will focus on scaling transformation programs, enabling data-driven decision-making, and aligning technology initiatives with business growth objectives. His mandate includes building high-performing teams, optimizing operational frameworks, and delivering sustainable value through digital innovation.
Prior to this, he held impactful leadership roles at BlackRock, where he led global automation programs, scaled engineering teams, and delivered over $150 million in business value through platform-led transformation.
His earlier experience includes key roles at IQVIA, Sungard Availability Services, IGATE, and BlackRock, strengthening his expertise across infrastructure, data operations, and enterprise technology.
Alongside his corporate journey, Sagar also contributes as a mentor with Masters’ Union, supporting the next generation of professionals in digital transformation and AI product management.
