Sagar Ragade appointed as General Manager at Pacific Tagore Garden. With over 18 years of experience spanning retail real estate, mall operations, business strategy, and P&L leadership, Sagar brings strong operational excellence and commercial acumen to this exciting new chapter with Pacific Development Corporation Ltd.
Prior to this appointment, Sagar served as General Manager – Jio World Plaza (CBRE), where he played a key role in driving large-scale mall operations, strategic programming, financial performance, and customer experience for one of Mumbai’s most prestigious retail destinations. His leadership contributed to enhanced operational standards, stakeholder partnerships, and sustained performance excellence.
Sagar’s career includes impactful leadership roles across some of India’s most prominent retail environments, including CP67 Mohali, DSL Virtue Mall Hyderabad, and Phoenix Citadel Indore, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen retailer relationships, enhance NOI, optimize CAM, and drive footfall through targeted marketing and experiential initiatives. His tenure includes successfully managing pre-opening phases, commissioning, retail onboarding, fit-outs, safety frameworks, and commercial scaling.
Beyond mall operations, Sagar has contributed significantly to business strategy, business development, and organizational planning through roles at Pioneer Property Zone, leveraging data insights, process discipline, and operational rigor to support sustainable growth. His early experience with Tata Consultancy Services further strengthened his analytical mindset, people leadership, and structured execution approach.
