Madhavi Sengar, Director – People & Process at Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Having earlier worked for 6 years, she led key HR initiatives at Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Ltd., she played a pivotal role in building the HR function from the ground up, shaping policies, talent frameworks, and leadership development programs. Her professional journey also includes roles at COWI and Protiviti Middle East Member Firm, where she strengthened talent management and HR analytics capabilities across global teams.
Post-Graduate Program in Digital HR Transformation and People Analytics from XLRI Delhi-NCR, MBA in core HR from IBS Hyderabad, Madhavi combines academic insight with practical leadership.
