Saurabh Katekar (LinkedIn) has joined DivyaSree Developers as Chief Operating Officer (RRE), effective August 2025. Based in Bengaluru, he will be responsible for driving large-scale real estate projects, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the company’s residential real estate portfolio.
Saurabh brings with him more than three decades of experience in project execution, construction management, and real estate development, with an impressive track record of delivering integrated townships, high-rise buildings, and large-scale residential and commercial projects across India and the Middle East.
Before joining DivyaSree Developers, he served as National Head (Projects) at Arvind SmartSpaces, overseeing project planning and execution across multiple geographies. Prior to that, he was Sr. Vice President (Projects) at Kalpataru Limited and Vice President (Projects) at Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville, where he successfully led township development projects in Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
Saurabh has also held senior leadership positions at LODHA Group, where as Associate Vice President – Construction Management, he managed integrated township projects such as Belmondo in Pune and New Cuffe Parade in Mumbai. Earlier in his career, he gained extensive international exposure working with Towell Construction (Oman) and Charlios Apostolide (Bahrain), where he spearheaded construction of villas, high-rise towers, and star hotels.
Starting his career at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), where he spent nearly 15 years in project execution, Saurabh has built a strong reputation for excellence in construction leadership, township development, and real estate project delivery.
With his vast expertise and leadership, Saurabh is set to play a pivotal role in further strengthening DivyaSree Developers’ position as a leading player in the Indian real estate sector.
