Prior to joining PwC, Shivam served as Manager – Cloud Center of Excellence at CGI, where he played a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and leading cloud-focused delivery organizations. With extensive experience in IT infrastructure, service delivery, and cloud operations, he successfully managed large-scale enterprise environments while building high-performing teams and enabling remote delivery of infrastructure management services. His expertise in digital advisory, IT operations, and enterprise-scale problem-solving helped organizations navigate complex transformation programs and achieve strategic technology outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Shivam held technology leadership roles at Dell Technologies and EMC, where he specialized in cloud architecture, data protection, storage management, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. His professional journey also includes significant contributions at HCL Comnet Limited and Comnet Systems and Services Ltd., where he developed deep expertise in backup administration, disaster recovery, storage operations, and infrastructure services across Windows, Linux, and Solaris environments. These experiences provided him with a strong technical foundation in enterprise IT and data protection technologies.
With more than 16 years of experience spanning cloud computing, AI advisory, digital transformation, enterprise infrastructure, and technology consulting, Shivam brings a strong blend of strategic vision and technical expertise to his new role.
