Saurabh Bhargava has taken on the role of Assistant Vice President at State Street, marking a significant step in his cybersecurity leadership journey. With more than a decade of experience spanning identity and access management, privileged access management, and automation-driven security operations, he brings a strong technical and strategic foundation to the organisation’s evolving security landscape.
Before stepping into this position, Saurabh served as Cybersecurity Senior Manager at State Street, where he spent three impactful years leading security initiatives across PAM, IAM and automation domains. His work contributed to strengthening enterprise-wide security frameworks and improving operational efficiencies, establishing him as a trusted leader within the organisation.
Prior to State Street, Saurabh worked with Deloitte as a Senior Solution Advisor, advising global clients on enterprise security transformations and designing robust IAM and PAM architectures. During his earlier tenure at Tech Mahindra, he played a key role as a Senior Security Analyst, where he specialised in automation and CyberArk-focused implementations. His international experience at IBM in Copenhagen further broadened his exposure to complex, large-scale security environments.
Saurabh began his career with Wipro Technologies, where he developed deep technical expertise in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, Exchange server operations, and CyberArk PAM solutions. Over the years, he has built a reputation for combining hands-on technical capability with strategic cyber defence planning, enabling organisations to adopt more resilient and automated security models.
In his new role as Assistant Vice President, Saurabh is expected to leverage his cross-functional experience to strengthen State Street’s cybersecurity posture and drive forward advanced automation-led security initiatives. His appointment reflects the organisation’s continued focus on building a secure, scalable, and future-ready digital ecosystem.
