Since joining Campus Activewear in 2021, Rajneesh has played a pivotal role in implementing scalable IT infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity frameworks, and integrating advanced digital tools that have supported the company’s rapid expansion. His leadership as Vice President – Information Technology and Head of IT has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Before joining Campus, Rajneesh served as Chief Information Officer at DLF Brands Limited, where he led digital initiatives to modernize retail operations and enhance customer experiences through innovative technology adoption. His tenure there underscored his ability to align IT strategy with business goals, optimizing processes and driving measurable impact.
Earlier in his career, Rajneesh spent nearly nine years at ITC Limited, where he held key roles including Senior Project Manager and Manager – IT Operations within the Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. He was responsible for large-scale IT implementations, system integrations, and driving digital retail transformation initiatives.
He also gained early professional experience with Sunstar Overseas Ltd. and Digvijay Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his technical and managerial skills in IT operations, software development, and business systems design.
