In his new capacity, Rahul will continue to strengthen EPAM’s strategic HR consulting and business partnering functions, driving transformational change and advancing the company’s mission of blending technology and human potential. Rahul’s journey at EPAM reflects steady growth and consistent excellence. Prior to this elevation, he served as Manager – People Partner, where he played a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement frameworks. Earlier, as Lead – Talent Acquisition PMO India, he successfully led a 24-member team overseeing functions such as vendor management, referral programs, analytics, and recruitment marketing, helping build EPAM’s strong employer brand in the technology space.
Before joining EPAM, Rahul held key HR leadership positions at Digital Nirvana, Inc., where he served as Head of HR and contributed to shaping HR policies, talent management systems, and learning frameworks for over a decade. His entrepreneurial stint as Co-Founder & COO at Gatik Junior College showcased his versatile leadership and commitment to nurturing talent in education and beyond. Rahul began his career with Avansys Infotech and later worked with Vertscape Infotech, building a strong foundation in HR operations, administration, and employee relations.
