Neeraja Polisetty has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies, effective September 2025. In this role, she will spearhead global HR strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and building a future-ready workforce.
With nearly two decades of rich experience, Neeraja Polisetty has held several senior leadership positions across geographies. Most recently, she was Head of HR at Cyient DLM, where she played a key role in strengthening people practices and aligning talent strategy with business growth. Prior to that, she served as Senior Director – HR at Cyient, managing global delivery operations and leading HR for North America with a strong focus on business partnering and capability building.
Earlier in her career, Neeraja Polisetty spent over seven years at Wipro Technologies, where she handled large-scale employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development initiatives. She also gained extensive experience in M&A integration, HR technology transformations, and leading global programs such as Workday HCM implementation at Cyient Limited.
Armed with strong academic credentials from The Wharton School and a proven track record of driving HR excellence, Neeraja Polisetty is set to bring a strategic vision to ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies, strengthening its global talent agenda and fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and growth.
